Here are a few actions you must take on a daily basis to create and maintain health:

1) Give your body what it needs to function properly. This means giving it the correct nutrients so the marvelous Devine Alchemist within can direct all the internal systems to do what they were designed to do. Go back to the basics instead of guessing what specific nutrient you may need now and which one later. Your liver was designed to do that job as long as the body has the supplies it needs, To this end is it necessary to supplement AS WELL AS EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES THAN ANY THING ELSE.

2) You must cleans your intestines, colon, kidney, gallbladder, at least 2 times a year. It is much better to do this 3-4 times a year. Because of all the toxins in the food and environment we ingest, breath, on assimilate a great deal of toxins. The body attempts to filter and eliminate these toxins and many of them get stored or caught in the internal organs or blood. We can show you some very simple programs to follow to accomplish this.

3) You must do some kind of exercise every day. More importantly you must burn more than you consume. Exercise not only keeps you body in shape and the weight down it helps eliminate to the toxins from your body. As you move and breath deeper you activate your lymph system which in turn gets rid of the toxins through your sweat glands, provide you have not plugged them up with lotions or antiperspirant. You must do some kind of movement that increases the heart rate and causes you to sweat for at least 30 minutes. It make take you 10 minuets to get to the point where you are sweating. You need to mix in some kind of strength building on other days

4) Educate yourself about the toxins in and around you to eliminate as much as you can from your life.
